The EU has defined the 14 most important substances which can cause allergic reactions or intolerance. The following substances must be declared for packed or unpacked food: cereals which contain gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, milk, like almonds, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide, lupins and mollusks.
